

Christopher Nahas, Esq., LL.M.
Christopher M. Nahas is a seasoned litigator focusing his practice on insurance defense, including matters involving bodily injury, property damage, motor vehicle accidents, UM/SUM claims, and commercial litigation. He represents clients in all phases of litigation, managing court cases from inception to resolution, including representing clients at hearings and proceedings, conducting depositions, engaging in substantial procedural and substantive motion practices, and negotiating settlements.

Experience
Mr. Nahas has spent years as an in-house and staff attorney for major insurance carriers and law firms, giving him a deep understanding of the insurance defense landscape.
Christopher's diverse legal background also includes experience as an Agency Attorney for the New York City Department of Education, where he represented the largest school district in the United States at numerous impartial hearings, requiring extensive research, drafting of legal memoranda, and examination of witnesses at arbitration hearings. Furthermore, he has experience in environmental law as Staff Counsel for New York Environmental Law and Justice and has been involved in complex insurance disputes, including managing Super Storm Sandy Litigation and FEMA/Flood claims in Federal Court.
