Evan Mizrahi, Esq., since joining the firm in 2012, has extensive experience dealing with the firm’s complex litigation and transactional matters. Evan’s unique blend of experiences zealously advocating for his clients’ interests, both inside the courtroom and the closing room, provides him with an unparalleled ability to counsel and advocate for his clients.

Evan’s clients include a variety of individuals, partners and businesses across a multitude of different industries and fields including: real estate, insurance, health and wellness, start-ups, technology, consumer products, food, hospitality, professional services, livery, electronics, apparel, construction, luxury goods, diamond production and sales, plastics, fishing, hunting,  importing, not-for-profit and education.

As an aggressive and forward-thinking advocate and adviser, Evan’s strategic focus centers upon understanding his client’s goals and implementing a strategy that best fits the client’s needs. Evan was recognized for his work and named a New York Metro “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.

Prior to joining the firm, Evan, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, gained invaluable business experiences in the private sector, prior to graduating St. John’s University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, in the top 5% of his class.  He also was a member of the prestigious St. John’s Law Review, received the Dean’s/CALI Award for Excellence, and received the ALI-ABI Scholarship and Leadership Award.
