Kenneth (“Kenn”) London has over 15 years of extensive general liability defense experience on behalf of insurers and self-insureds, including construction accidents alleging violations of Labor Law sections 240 and 241(6) and the Industrial Code, slip/trip and fall premises liability,
automobile negligence, property damage and subrogation, as well as workers’ compensation and No-Fault/PIP loss transfer claims.
Throughout his career, Kenn has continually been successful in resolving claims at all stages of litigation. Handling cases from inception through trial, Kenn is able to assist client in
coordinating investigation and identifying and evaluating issues of liability and damages at an early juncture, as well as formulating and implementing defense strategies focused on cost-effective resolutions.
After graduating from Dartmouth College, Kenn was a research assistant for attending surgeons,fellows and residents on various retrospective orthopedic studies while also working in the medical laboratories department of the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. He later attained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, where he received honorable mention in the Best Brief Competition and served as an Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
