William J. Volonte, Esq.
William J. Volonte received his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1975, and his law degree from Seton Hall Law School, where he was a member and Associate Editor of the Law Review, in 1982. Mr. Volonte’s areas of focus include medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, labor and employment law, family, administrative, constitutional, personal injury matters and appellate matters.
In addition, Mr. Volonte has experience in representing physicians and other professionals in licensing and disciplinary matters before the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners and the New York Office of Professional Medical Conduct, including allegations under the Anti-Kickback Act, the Stark Act, claims of alleged Medicare, Medicaid and insurance fraud, purported deficient patient care, and hospital credentialing controversies. His experience includes representing clients on international business disputes, intellectual property, and defamation matters.
He is admitted before the Courts in the states of New York and New Jersey.
