Emer Forde has vast experience in the defense of personal injury and civil rights litigation.  Ms. Forde has a particular focus on transportation matters and has defended public benefit corporations and leasing companies in the state courts.  Prior to joining Miller Leiby, Ms. Forde practiced at a national firm and was employed as a court representative for the Office of the New York City Comptroller.
